Good Morning, MS, I cannot seem to be able to turn on the feature "Turn Windows programs on or off." This just started a couple of days ago, I get the white screen when I click the feature in the Control Panel, and sometimes, the "Please wait" phrase comes on briefly, then disappears. This just started a couple of days ago, I get the white screen when I click the feature in the Control Panel, and sometimes, the "Please wait" phrase comes on briefly, then disappears.
